En Chile, fue utilizada hasta 1970 para la Transmisión del Mando Presidencial, el 21 de Mayo y las Fiestas Patrias (Tedeum y Parada Militar), siendo retomada para estas mismas ocasiones entre 1990 y 2000, por los Gobiernos de Patricio Aylwin y Eduardo Frei Ruiz - Tagle.
